Vision Care made donations to Walapane General Hospital

Vision Care donated essential medical equipment and house-hold items to the “Meth Sevana” Mental Health Rehabilitation Hospital – Walapane.

Among items donated were drug trolleys, drugs cupboards, radio / CD player, rice cookers, amplifies with two speakers and some recreational items as well as kitchen items that the hospital had been short of for a long period.  Donations worth of over LKR 200,000 were made on 1^st November, 2013 to Meth Sevana which provides facilities for long stay patients.  This donation was made as a part of our CSR initiatives and Vision Care hopes to continue empowering the country’s health sector as we believe health is wealth.
