Helping Children at Blind School Ratmalana

Vision Care provided lunch to the children at Bland School Ratmalana for the 10^th consecutive year on July 1^st, 2014.

Each year, employees of Vision Care took a tour of the school, offered lunch, distributed a number of supplies, mingle with the children for few hours and conducted eye screening programs upon the requests from the management.  Established in 1912 The Ceylon School for the Deaf & Blind provides at any time education and vocational training to approximately 700 hearing and sight impaired children completely free of charge.   We believe that our team’s visit helped bring joy to and provide important emotional support for children who have the misfortune of having eyesight difficulties.
