Assistance to a Preschool Project

As we strongly believe that children are nation’s future & tomorrow’s citizens, Child Care & Education has become one of our primary objectives of our CSR initiatives.

With this in view, Nethralokana Sathkara financially supported “Singithi Pera Pasala” at   Sri Sugatha Dharmayathanaya Temple, Mount Lavinia to cover their teachers’ monthly remuneration for a period of one year starting from July, 2019.  Singithi Pera Pasala – a project by Lions Club Galkissa, is nurturing 30 kids of all communities, providing them with education, uniforms, school supplies, meals and even medical assistance.     Majority of these kids are from the same area who are not affordable to attend a nursery.
