Katuwapitiya Project

All victims of the 172 households impacted by the Easter Sunday Terrorists’ attack received eye & hearing screening assistance at Katuwapitiya Community Centre in Negombo on Saturday, May 17, 2019.  This medical camp was organized by Dialog Axiata PLC with NETHRALOKANA SATHKARA by Vision Care.  After completing a successful screening program, about 55 spectacles were delivered to the needy.  Further, being there and acting in a kind, caring way towards them was an important psychological support to them after a traumatic event.
